Torgovaya Ploschad – South

By early 2002, the Holding company “Torgovaya Ploschad” had gained enough experience in setting up of an affiliate network and establishment of successful trade companies on individual geographical markets. For quite a long time, the Southern District, being the warmest and the most densely populated region, had been attracting the Holding’s attention as a new point of presence on the market. Unfortunately, the speed of economic development and, accordingly, construction volumes in the region under consideration were among the lowest in Russia. Despite this fact, the corporate management took a decision to open the “Torgovaya Ploschad-South”, an affiliate in Rostov-On-Don in March 2002. Happily, the youngest affiliate, “Torgovaya Ploschad-South” demonstrated the fastest indicators of the dynamics of its development. Therefore, it has deserved a reputation of a front-line affiliate of the Holding company.

“TP-South” gained a positive reputation with an extremely large number of clients with the help of such marketing instruments as permanent active client search, a flexible pricing policy, and arrangement of new product training, provision of a set of design, trade and construction services. “TP-South” has a positive reputation with an extremely large number of clients.
